Vehicle Concierge

Stow Smash Repairs runs a vehicle concierge service for customers too busy to drop off or collect their own car. We collect it from home or work, repair it at our Artarmon workshop, and return it once finished. It’s a convenience most North Shore repairers don’t offer, built for people whose week has no spare hour in it.

How It Works

4 steps

Step 01
Book your collection.
Tell us when and where, home or workplace, when you arrange your repair.
Step 02
We collect the car.
We arrive at the agreed time and drive your car straight to our Artarmon workshop.
Step 03
We repair it on our floor.
The same jig-measured, factory-matched process as any other Stow repair.
Step 04
We bring it back.
Once the repair is signed off, we return the car to you, home or workplace.

What to Know Before You Book

Which suburbs does concierge cover?: We collect and return across the North Shore, including Artarmon, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Willoughby, St Leonards, Crows Nest, Mosman, Cammeray and North Sydney, plus nearby suburbs. See our full service area →
Do I need to be home for collection and return?: Not always. Tell us what works for your day, and we arrange a handover around it.
