Step 01
Read the dent.
Under a light board, the reflection shows exactly how the metal moved. Two minutes tells us whether it can be pulled.
Step 02
Get behind it.
Trim or a headlining edge comes away for rod access. Some dents are worked from the front with glue tabs instead.
Step 03
Massage the metal.
Hundreds of small pushes, not one big one. The panel is worked back to its pressing shape from the outside in.
Step 04
Check under the board.
The light board shows ripples the eye misses. We work until the reflection runs straight across the repair.

Door edge dents are small, sharp and often sit near the swage line. Most pull cleanly. The sharper the peak, the more careful the work, and we tell you upfront if the paint has stretched.

Aluminium can be pulled, but it fights back. It work-hardens and doesn’t spring like steel, so the technique is slower and the limits arrive sooner. We tell you before starting, not after.
