Stow Smash Repairs provides courtesy cars to customers repairing at our Artarmon workshop. The car is ready when you drop yours off, so you drive away the same visit. Insurance and private repair customers can both ask for one. There’s no separate booking, and no gap in your week while the repair is underway.

Swap back at pickup.
Return the courtesy car when your repair is finished, and collect your own vehicle.

What to Know Before You Book

Is there a cost for a courtesy car?: Courtesy cars are offered to all customers repairing with us.
What if my repair takes longer than expected?: Repairs sometimes run past the first estimate once a panel is opened up. If that happens, you keep the courtesy car for the extra time.

Tell us when you arrange your repair, so a car can be ready for the day you drop off. Booking ahead gives us the best chance of having one available.

Can I use a courtesy car for a private repair, not just an insurance job?
